Reach Us About Your Privacy Rights

If you want to access, correct or delete data we hold about your khelstake account, our privacy team is reachable through three channels.

Email Privacy Team Send your data access or deletion request to our dedicated privacy address at [email protected]. Include your registered account email so we can locate your record and respond promptly within five business days.
Live Chat Support Open the chat window inside your khelstake account dashboard and select the Privacy and Data option. A support agent will log your request and escalate it to our data team the same day during standard support hours.
In-Account Request Form Navigate to Account Settings, then Privacy Controls inside your khelstake dashboard. The built-in request form lets you flag a data query, correct account details or schedule a full data export without needing to contact support separately.

Data We Collect

We collect your name, registered mobile number, email address, date of birth and the payment identifiers associated with your UPI handle or Paytm wallet. We do not collect more than is necessary to verify your account and process transactions.

Cookie Usage

khelstake uses session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your language and lobby settings. Analytics cookies are first-party only and record page paths, not personal identity. You can adjust cookie preferences in your browser settings at any time.

Payment Data Handling

When you deposit via UPI or withdraw to a Paytm-linked account, the payment reference is stored in encrypted form. We do not store full bank account numbers; only masked identifiers and transaction IDs are retained for reconciliation purposes.

Account Security Practices

All account passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text. Login sessions are bound to device fingerprints, and any new device login triggers a verification step sent to your registered mobile number or email.

Data Retention Timeline

Active account data is held for the duration of your account plus a statutory period required under applicable law. If you request account closure, personal data not required for legal reporting is deleted within 30 days of the closure being confirmed.

Requesting Changes

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct an inaccuracy, or request deletion through the in-account Privacy Controls form or by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete the request within five business days.

These answers address the data questions we hear most often from account holders in India. If your question is not here, use the in-account Privacy Controls form or email [email protected] and our data team will respond within five business days.

We collect your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and the payment identifier you use — such as your UPI ID or Paytm-registered number. We collect only what is needed to verify your identity and process transactions.

We share data only with payment processors like Paytm and PhonePe, strictly to complete your transactions, and with service providers who operate parts of our platform under confidentiality agreements. We never sell or rent your personal data to marketers.

Log into your account, go to Account Settings, and open the Privacy Controls section. Submit a data export request there. Alternatively, email [email protected] with your registered email address and we will deliver your data package within five business days.
